The focus on your back, head and shoulders helps you to relax and assists in the reduction of stress hormones in the muscles which can reduce the occurrence of tension related headaches. Ears massage included touching chakra points that help to unblock energy.
This massage encourages relaxation, relieves stress, improves circulation and relaxes muscles.
NJAVARAKIZHI - HERBAL RICE FOMENTATION
Special hot herbal rice bolus applied with warm milk for perspiring is rubbed against the body or the afflicted part of the body. It enhances skin nourishment and prevents premature ageing. It is beneficial in degenerative arthritis, nervous disorders, muscle stiffness, relief from pain, stress and anxiety.
This ayurvedic treatment provides heat to the muscles, bones and joints. Lastly, the body is then given another herbal oil massage and made to rest for the next 30 mins.
LEMON BAG FOMENTATION
Anti-inflammatory & skin rejuvenating
Hot bag containing a combination of fresh lemons and spices are applied either locally or to the entire body by considering the condition of the patient. Think when you are tired, you feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you are served with lemon-juice, isn't? Now imagine rubbing pieces of hot lemons packed in a cloth bolus against your sore joints and muscle you feeling very relaxed and pain-free! Relieve stiffness, swelling, inflammation of muscle and joints. Nourish your skin and will improve acne.
