Join me for a Partner Yoga session this Valentine’s Weekend!

Partner yoga is a fantastic way to build a connection with your loved ones or celebrate your relationship as well as to introduce people to yoga by your side.

Partner yoga takes traditional yoga poses, by twisting them a little bit! Focus on your balance, strength, and flexibility while requiring trust and surrender to support one another in a pose.

What to expect?

1 hour of playtime, fun, and laughter, partner yoga makes yoga twice as good! Join me and share the yoga-love with someone you care about!

The workshop is $89 per couple  + Includes two slices of chocolate brownie with rose petals and almonds Yum! DF & GF

Please advise for any allergy, this is a dairy-free, gluten-free brownie.
