It's time to connect to ourself, learn how to remain calm and be positive...using this time to learn something new (or revise what we know already, because in Yoga you never finish learning).
Let's connect on this weekly appointment and learn from the renowned name in the field of Yoga Teacher Training, about Pranayama which is the science of breathing exercises a very powerful tool available to all of us and Yoga Philosophy.
Workshops are free / on donations, we would like to give the opportunity to as many people as possible to join us on this difficult moment. Workshops are held online via Zoom, register via Eventbrite and confirmation with a link to access to Zoom will be sent on your email. If you have an existing account with Zoom you can access with the 'Meeting ID', if you don't have an account it's free & easy to register. You can join the meeting either with your pc or smartphone by downloading the Zoom app.
What do I need?
Nothing...just create your relaxing moment & ambience, maybe burning a candle, incense or aromatherapy diffuser, have a tea or water, get ready to connect with yourself and receiving beautiful knowledge.
About the teacher
Bharat has a multidimensional approach towards yoga which he aims to share with as many aspiring yogis as he can. He also wishes to enhance his knowledge and learning by engaging in deeper practices of yoga.
Apart from the Diploma in Yogic Science, Bharat holds several other feathers on his cap such as:
Registered Yoga Teacher-500 hours
Experienced Yoga Teacher- 200 hours
Yoga Philosophy from Saint Benu Maharaj Ji ( certified from Bihar School of Yoga).
Yoga Teacher Bharat
Yogi Bharat is a renowned name in the field of Yoga Teacher Training. He specializes in the Hatha Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, and Pranayama.
Being born and brought up in a family with Spiritual inclination, from an early childhood he was exposed and familiar with the world of Yoga and spirituality. Most of his early memories are of spending his vacations in Ashrams getting acquainted with yoga philosophy and spiritual practices. During his teenage itself, Bharat started his stint with yoga and went ahead with getting a Masters Diploma in Yogic Science.
Bharat was trained under Yogi Chetan Mahesh for Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga while Yogacharya Santosh Kumar gave him an insight on Pre-natal yoga. While practising his sadhna, he developed a keen interest in exploring the deeper layers of Yoga philosophy which led him to the Yoga Philosophy master, Yogi Benu Ji, with whom he has been training since, learning yoga sutras from Dr.Praveena Shetty, PhD in yoga sutras.
Apart from the Yoga philosophy and Pranayama, Bharat also mentors people on Yoga therapy, Mantra chanting and Meditation. With his multidimensional and flexible approach towards yoga, the helps every student in getting well acquainted with the deeper nuances of yoga.
Bharat is the best example of how your childhood learning defines your inclination and purpose in life. Due to the strong influence of the spiritual upbringing, Bharat has carved a successful career for himself with over seven years of experience in Yoga Teacher Training.
